Envirocare ladies bring the feminine touch to the show

Monday, October 18th, 2010

The National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC Birmingham proved to be a real team effort for Envirocare Maintenance Solutions.

The show, Envirocare’s first at the NEC, was well attended by prospective franchisees and Janine, Lindsay and Angie certainly did their bit to promote the company’s exciting franchise opportunity.  “We had a really great weekend,” said Business Development manager Lindsay Roxburgh, “we spoke to lots of interesting people, their reasons for considering a franchise varied – redundancy, business investment opportunities, a change of direction…but all really impressed with Envirocare’s franchise model”.

Financial Controller Janine Yates saw a different side to this year’s show.  “We came down to the exhibition last year when we were first considering franchising, just for a look at what it was all about, it’s quite amazing how far we’ve come in just 12 months.  Talking to people about the business just reaffirms the success of our years of hard work; we truly have something good to offer.  Although we’ve expanded considerably, we pride ourselves in holding onto the family ethos – everyone matters at Envirocare.”

The Envirocare display stand was ready just days before the show and certainly looked the part, particularly attracting those interested in a career working outdoors.  “The stand really did the trick” commented Angie Grime, Administration Manager “thanks to Unique Exhibitions and the commitment of the team, our Envirocare presentation was attractive and professional, although next year I think we’ll take chairs – two days on your feet and non stop talking is very tiring!”

Exclusive Terms Offered to Franchisees on Launch of Franchise Network

Tuesday, April 20th, 2010

Paul Shipley, Franchise Manager of Envirocare has announced Envirocare will offer to it’s first 10 Franchisees exclusive terms including a reduced initial Franchise Fee of £34,400 + VAT (representing a discount of 20%) and access to funding that would require Franchsees to pay an initial deposit of £10,000 and payment of the balance, without application of interest, over a period of 36 months to Envirocare, thus removing the need to obtain funding from a bank. Commenting on this announcement Paul Shipley said the terms we’re being offered to help establish the Franchise Network in response to need of the business to deliver it’s services to a rapidly expanding client base across the UK.

He added future Franchisees would not be offered these terms and if funding was required would need to approach the Banks with whom he emphasised Envirocare have good working relationships reflected in their willingness to lend up to 70% of the initial cost of the franchise and working capital.
