As part of our on-going commitment to improving standards and communication across the Envirocare network, we have produced a short questionnaire which will be sent to every customer during the month of August.
We are hoping to find out what our customers think, not just of the grounds maintenance service we offer, but of our business as a whole: our customer service as well as our ability to fill our customer’s needs.
We are also looking to identify the top grounds maintenance teams in the network – those whose dedication and service deserves rewarding.
