Our approach to the maintenance of your commercial or business premises is based on quality, reliability and value for money.
We will ensure (where possible) that the same team visits your site each month, meaning that they are both familiar to you and responsible for their work. Our industry leading processes and support structures, including rigorous adherence to health and safety measures, ensures that by focusing on the detail of what we do, we can improve the way that your organisation is seen by your visitors.
Many of our innovative systems and procedures were developed in conjunction with our customers, by listening to what they wanted from a commercial grounds maintenance provider.
If there is something that you wish your current contractor did then why not talk to us about it… we may already offer the service – and if we don’t it might just be the next great idea.

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTIONS.
One of the innovative internal systems that we have in place for clients of Envirocare is our Operational Quality Audit.
A dedicated team of auditors working independently of the operational crews in the business will travel to your location at least once a year and undertake an assessment of the standard of work completed.
These reports are available to you but are designed to ensure that the quality of our work is consistently high no matter where the location or which team services it. We also value your opinion on what we do and your suggestions of what else we could provide.
Once a year we conduct a customer satisfaction survey and the results of this are published on our website.
We are constantly encouraging customer feedback that contributes to the customer satisfaction statistics we hold at Head Office. Please give us your opinion and how well we did or suggestions for future.
“The teams are always quick to recommend additional services which they feel would improve the appearance of the grounds.”

Environmental Awareness.
Here are several key practices and initiatives that demonstrate Envirocare’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility:
- Sustainable Landscaping Practices: Envirocare prioritises sustainable landscaping techniques which reduces water consumption through the use of drought-tolerant plants and efficient irrigation systems. They also employ organic and natural fertilizers and pest control methods to minimize the use of harmful chemicals that can harm the environment.
- Native Plant Selection: The company promotes the use of native plants in their landscaping projects. Native plants require less water and maintenance compared to non-native species, and they support local ecosystems by providing habitat and food sources for native wildlife.
- Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Envirocare invests in eco-friendly equipment and vehicles, including electric or hybrid vehicles for transportation and emission-reducing machinery for landscaping tasks. This commitment helps reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
- Recycling and Waste Reduction: The company implements recycling and waste reduction programs on their job sites. This includes recycling green waste and construction debris and using recycled materials in hardscape construction whenever possible.
- Energy-Efficient Practices: Envirocare uses energy-efficient lighting and equipment in their facilities. They may also employ renewable energy sources like solar panels to power their operations, reducing their reliance on fossil fuels.
- Educational Outreach: Envirocare engages in educational outreach, both internally with its employees and externally with clients and the community. They educate clients about sustainable landscaping practices and offer recommendations for eco-friendly solutions.
- Environmental Certifications: The company seeks and maintains certifications or memberships in environmental organizations or programs that promote sustainability and responsible practices in the landscaping industry. This demonstrates their commitment to meeting and exceeding industry standards.
- Waste Management: Envirocare manages waste responsibly, including composting organic material and properly disposing of hazardous waste according to environmental regulations.
- Water Conservation: The company employs water-efficient irrigation systems, rainwater harvesting, and smart irrigation technologies to minimize water waste and promote water conservation in their landscaping projects.
- Biodiversity Enhancement: Envirocare designs landscapes that support biodiversity by creating habitats for native wildlife. They may include features like birdhouses, bat boxes, or pollinator gardens in their designs.
By incorporating these environmentally friendly practices and initiatives into our work, Envirocare not only minimizes its impact on the environment but also sets an example for others in the landscaping industry and contributes to the overall well-being of the ecosystems in which they operate. This commitment to sustainability aligns with the growing demand for eco-conscious businesses and helps build a positive reputation for Envirocare in the market.
