Envirocare Grounds Maintenance go to Tatton Flower Show 2012

We all know what a challenging summer it has been weather wise here at Envirocare Grounds Maintenance.  We realise just how important our job really is, ensuring that we always stay one step ahead of these challenging weather conditions so that our clients’ grounds get the best possible care and attention.  Also knowing just how important this is will be the nurseries and plantsmen involved in Tatton Flower Show last weekend.

and what a wonderful job they did!   Janet Jolly, part of the team at Envirocare Grounds Maintenance National Offices, was lucky enough to attend the show, Janet says “The weather was perfect with even the sunshine making an appearance and as it stayed dry all day – we didn’t even have to get our wellies out!”

There are just so many elements to the day to mention but to name but a few, the “Floral Marquee” was in full bloom with Janet adding “As soon as you enter the marquee it is a sensory overload – the colours and smells are just beautiful”.  Also, the Town Council’s doing a marvellous job with the Olympic 2012 theme running through their exhibitions, another memorable moment was the seminar on Cottage Gardens with Nick Hamilton and then with Janet finally making a few floral purchases of her own, it topped off a truly wonderful day to remember.
