James Nelson from the Envirocare Grounds Maintenance accounts department, has done it again! Sunday, 14th April he finished his 2nd 10k charity run of the year – this time is was from Lymm, Cheshire. Not only did he manage to complete it without stopping, he also managed to beat his personal best, even though it was adverse weather conditions. He tells us “it was extremely windy – which would have been great if it had been pushing us along rather than blowing against us, but its all part of the challenge!”.
James plans to do as many charity runs as he possibly can, over the coming year, for a varierty of charities that he supports. This one was definitely one of those and as the father of 18 month old twins – a run for Children in Need was always going to be close to his heart .
