Envirocare’s commitment to on going training and development is evident from the frequency and variety of courses being attended by both staff and franchisees. In house and external courses are being accessed and advice and support is sought from training providers such as Compass Management Systems, Multitask, Alliance Learning and Nomix.
“This week we have hosted 2 days of Emergency First Aid at Work, 23 delegates have attended the first round of training including both staff and franchisees. The course was a first time for some and a refresher for others; training evaluation questionnaires have provided us with some excellent feedback” commented Angela, Admin Manager.
Dave added, “Health and Safety is of paramount importance to any conscientious employer therefore we took the decision to train all frontline staff and two further office based staff in Emergency First Aid at Work. We sourced the trainer through Compass Management Systems and she was excellent.”
