As you will be well aware of by now, Envirocare Grounds Maintenance successfully maintained our Health and Safety ISO 9001 Quality certification in Autumn 2011. In order to support our management system, effectively monitor and improve our service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction, our Health and Safety Coordinator will attend a week long ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course in Manchester during April.
