We always seem to attract nature here at the Envirocare Grounds Maintenance Head Office. If you visited our blog last year, you may remember our nesting ducks or even our bunny visits and we are very pleased to see nature has already started calling for 2013.
The only one that isn’t camera shy!
All of the head office staff had a very noisy reception as they made their way into work this morning….
Now…Although you cannot tell by this photograph, that it would have been noisy with the sound or chirping! That is because as soon as the camera came out – all other heads, which were previously poking out of the gaps shot back inside the brick cavities….we can assure you that just before the image was taken – every one of the gaps in the bricks had 2 birds peeping out of them!
The others must not like their photo’s being taken – but at least one didn’t seem to mind!
That isn’t all – our reception team noticed the return of our ducks. The couple were seen last week, having a little stroll around our car park. We are sure they are the same ones as last year (we can just tell!) and we think they were making sure their plant barrell, which stands by receptions door, was still there for them to nest in, as the following day a little mound of straw appeared in the same place as last year.
