We would like to give a very warm welcome to James Nelson, who is the newest member of staff to join our team.
As it gets closer to the start of the busiest time of year for us – it is important that our accounts workforce can keep up with the busy pace and ensure that our customer care is always at its best…but it should be easy for James who is no stranger to multi tasking….he has 18 month old twin girls! Phew!

What was your 1st ever job and how old were you?
I worked as a paperboy when I was 13 – was great fun being chased by dogs so early in the mornings. I knew all future jobs were going to be easy after this!
What is your earliest memory and how old were you?
I was about 5 and remember looking out the window of my bedroom and seeing the bike I had asked Father Christmas for being delivered out the back of a lorry. My parents had some difficult questions to answer after this!!
What is your favourite Album at the moment?
Unfortunately it is a dance album by a DJ call Eric Prydz which not many people will know.
Name your favourite 3 course meal…doesn’t have to be from the same style restaurant!
I’m a massive fan of Italian so anything of that kind but my last meal would be
Starter – King Prawns in garlic
Main – Red pepper and chorizo Pasta
Dessert – Sticky Toffee Pudding
What is your superstar name? (The name of your first ever pet and your mothers surname)
Pickle Bailey (Oh this just gets better! We thought no one could top Linda’s a few weeks ago…)
Either, what would you change in the past, or what would you make happen in the future
I wish I could have been a professional footballer, think that opportunity has long gone…
I would love to go around Australia as I’ve never been but it is somewhere which has always appealed to me! Not sure about the 24 hour travelling time but would be worth it for the beaches and weather!
