Things are moving fast at Envirocare Head Office. With the staggering response to the Envirocare Franchise opportunity its ‘all hands on deck’ as, not surprisingly, the work load has mushroomed. “The support team at Head Office is vital to the smooth running of the business, the help and support they provide to the Franchisees will play a significant part in their success” commented MD, Dave Yates “In response to recent growth we have expanded our staff team accordingly and during October we welcomed Janet, Alison and Paul. Our new starters have a wealth of experience between them and have hit the ground running, so to speak. We have also redesigned our office and created a welcoming, modern reception area – visitors to Head Office can’t fail to be impressed.”
Janet has joined the Finance team and has worked in Finance and Accounts for 32 years. “The job opportunity was too good to miss. I instantly felt very welcome; Envirocare has a great team spirit. Setting up the finance and accounts support for the Franchisees along with Janine, has given me a sense of ownership of my work, I’m determined our systems will be the best. ”
New Admin Support and Receptionist Alison is more than happy with her new job “Envirocare have been happy to accommodate my family circumstances, I am a busy Mum with three daughters and working part time with some flexibility is brilliant. The job is busy and interesting, the atmosphere upbeat and positive – it’s been a great move for me.”
Paul has come on board to provide support and guidance for tender and bid writing. “Although my previous employment was very different from grounds maintenance, I know my involvement and experience in Quality will prove very useful to Envirocare. Professional tender writing is obviously integral to the company, I feel confident that as part of the team, I can help them win contracts.”
