February is proving to be a busy month across the Envirocare network as staff teams prepare for the start of the season in March. Staff training is in full swing, yesteday at New Inn Farm 12 people completed Emergency First Aid at Work and Fire Safety Awareness. A programme of online training is underway through the RoSPA accredited Human Focus database. Training modules have been chosen to address all areas of health and safety within our industry and include:
- Noise (Hearing Conservation)
- Manual Handling and Back Care
- Risk Assessment
- Environmental Protection
- Asbestos Awareness
- Slips, Trips and Falls
- Hazardous Substances and PPE
- General Health and Safety
- Basic First Aid
- Fire Safety
